Kids Policy:

• Children at the age of 3 and above are welcome in the Family Apartment

• Parents are respnsible for their children at all times

Check-in/Check-out Policy:

• Check-in is at 3.00 pm

• Check-out is at 10.30 am

• Early Check-in and Late Check-out are available for a fee and subject to availability

Payment Policy:

• Bank Transfer: EURO and Rupee accounts available. Transfer takes 2-3 working days. Amount must reflect in our account on the arrival day (proof of payment required).

• Credit Card: Visa and Mastercard accepted

• Cash: SCR, EURO (500 EURO banknotes not accepted), or USD (serial number not older than 2013)

Cancellation Policy:

• Within 30 days before arrival and no show: 100% payment

COVID-19 Guidelines:

• Guests must adhere to the COVID-19 rules of Lodoicea Apartments. Please read the COVID-19 leaflets in the apartment carefully

• Hand sanitizer is provided

• Wear a mask if feeling unwell. Seek medical advice if sick

• In-house medical doctor available for an additional fee

Liability:

• Guests must follow pool rules

• No unauthorized visitors are allowed
