Check-in/Check-out Policy:

• Check-in at 3.00 pm

• Check-out at 10.30 am

• Late Check-out (subject to availability):

  • Until 02.00 pm at 30% of the standard daily rate
  • Until 06.00 pm at 60% of the standard daily rate
  • After 06.00 pm at the full standard daily rate

Payment Options:

• Bank Transfer: EURO and Rupee accounts available. Transfer takes 2-3 working days. Amount must reflect in our account on the arrival day (proof of payment required).

• Credit Card: Visa and Mastercard accepted

• Cash: SCR, EURO (500 EURO banknotes not accepted), or USD (serial number not older than 2013)

Cancellation Policy:

• Within 30 days before arrival and no show: 100% payment

COVID-19 Guidelines:

• Guests must adhere to the COVID-19 rules of Lodoicea Apartments. Please read the COVID-19 leaflets in the apartment carefully.

• Hand sanitizer is provided.

• Wear a mask if feeling unwell. Seek medical advice if sick.

• In-house medical doctor available for an additional fee.

Liability:

• Parents are responsible for their children at all times.

• Guests must follow pool rules. No visitors are allowed.
